Complaints Procedure

The complaints procedure is a three stage system which has been set by the London Borough of Havering.

Stage One

The complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days, and the complainant will be notified by DELTA in writing of its conclusions within a further 10 working days of receiving the management complaint.

Stage Two

If the complainant is not satisfied with the stage one response from DELTA, the complainant may appeal to the London Borough of Havering.

Stage Three

The complainant will have 15 days, from receiving a response from LBH, to request that their complaint be referred to the LBH appeal panel.
